“My true review is a 3.5 out of 5. Let's get down to it.... I get offended by people claiming NY style when it is no where near NY style. First of all you can't claim NY and be cheap on your toppings, sauce included. At $2.50 a topping | should be having toppings in every bite and this fell short. I wanted to like them because the crust what the right flavor and crispness, and the sauce when you had it on your bite was perfection. But this was like being a teenager getting teased by your bf or gf endlessly waiting for something to happen but never does. And you're left behind wanting more but with overwhelming disappointment at the same time. I know it sounds harsh but just claim it as what it is. Take the NY style off the door unless you want to be more consistent, add extra sauce to your pizza, and quit being cheap on the toppings and make that pie greasy with goodness and you'll have something.“

I hated to see her handling all that business and all those customers herself. The cooks did deliver food for her at intervals. Charlie is an assett to take care of!“

We go around 4x per month and it includes 30% off food and 100 games each time for only 12 per month. Pizza are always awesome (love the gluten free option) and the place is always clean. “Stopped in for a quick lunch on Friday 07MAR25 with my kiddo and was impressed with the service and also the food. We ordered 2 lunch specials (2 slices, a drink, and chips) for just about $20. We live in Greeneville so the options we have are severely limited for fresh pizza. Have lived here since ‘09 and can say Stephen’s is definitely one of the best we’ve had to date!! “Convenient location with drive-thru, the pizza is always fresh and delicious. I love that you can get lunch specials of small pizza and wings. Their website is great for allergens, I was able to look up every single ingredient to ensure and it was safe for me to eat.“

“We had lunch at this location today. The food is delicious but I have 2 comments. The penne with white clam sauce is more like Alfredo with clams in it. Delicious but not authentic. White clam sauce should just have olive oil, garlic, clams and clam juice. I cannot recommend the eggplant parmigiana at all. It was paper thin eggplant slices with a thick oily breadcrumb layer smothered in marinara and mozzarella cheese not parmesan. It was not appealing and I couldn’t eat it. But the garlic knots were the best I’ve ever had. Freshly baked and swimming in a very nice garlic butter. The salads were fresh and the calamari was perfect. So I recommend the place just not it’s authenticity and definitely not the eggplant dish!“

“Excellent personal pan pizza! Elizabeth, the manager, was the only one there today, and she was fantastic. Between taking orders and making the pizzas, she made sure everyone was happy, and she greeted everyone with a smile! She did an amazing job!“

“I recently got the cookie/brownie with M&Ms...I had no idea it was such a skimpy package [only 4 in a pkg] of little brownies in a plastic wrap. I thought it would be actually baked and made fresh. I was shocked when they handed me that tiny package of unfresh, cold, tiny brownies for that much money--- totally NOT worth the wrapping it's in! Do not waste your money on this pathetic brownie-- go to Dominoes!! They actually make their's fresh and it's big and warm and super yummy!! -totally worth the money!!“

“We ate there for the first time and the pizza was fire. Super good, friendly staff. Enjoyed the experience. The only complaint is the bathrooms. They were filthy, and as a woman, I didn't really feel comfortable using the bathroom with so much of the ceiling missing. And again, it was in really bad shape. But outside of that, the place was great and we loved the pizza. Will definitely be back!“
