let me start by saying I love this place the food has always been great here until the today ..we ordered online which said our food wouldn't be ready for an hour ok they're busy got there the lady was real nice like everyone there is..got back to the house about 15 minutes the pizza was cold the wings were cold as well.. note to self don't order online again just go inside to eat..still my favorite pizza
This staff is gonna kill the papa John’s in Kingsport. You’re already not even able to order pick up from here because they act like it’s the end of the world when they get an order online. Like cry you have to do your job. They need to shut down for 3 weeks and get a whole new staff reset BAD.
Called in for pickup, we were to pickup in 20 minutes. Upon arrival the cashier informed us that a large order arrived after our order. They said it will be another hour and half.
