Andy's Frozen Custard Reviews
It’s a nice hangout for a treat but they call out random ice cream orders instead of numbers or names so it’s chaotic.
The custard is amazing!! I’ve tried a couple different items and I am impressed!! Knoxville definitely needed a place like this.

Andy's Frozen Custard offers a delightful dining experience. The service is consistently stellar, with a friendly and professional staff. The custard is praised for its exceptional quality, though some customers wish for the return of the apple pie option. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a special event creating a lively ambiance. While there may be occasional order mix-ups, the ice cream is universally described as delicious, making it a highly recommended destination. Customers enjoy the very good frozen custard, noting that it is a little pricey but offers a large portion and great taste. The drive-through system is quick, even when busy, though some find it a little strange. There is some concern about cross contamination for those with peanut allergies. One popular flavor, strawberry shortcake, has been missed since it is seasonal and no longer available at the local location, leading some to wait until it returns. Additionally, a certain smell at one location has been mentioned, so customers are advised to consider sitting outside or using the drive-through if they prefer a more comfortable experience.
