The African American short rude grouchy manager was hateful short and pissy. It was at 915 pm. I wont go back there because I don't like being treated like a bother. The young people working there were fine. It's the 30/40ish manager lady that is short but not sweet. She is short in many ways!Her attitude Sucks!Toxic victim mentality! I'm of many ethnicities but maybe if I was black she would have treated me better! Oh wait, I do have African American blood but evidently not enough!
Fantastic customer service. They made me laugh, they made me smile. Splendid drive thru ambiance. I believe it was MJ and Cara. Exceptional team members with customer service excellence in mind. I will be returning for more chicken bacon swiss sandwiches.
I never have liked their roast beef; it's pressed and formed! It's not my idea of good roast beef. They used to have a market fresh turkey sandwich which I thought was delicious. Then they changed the real turkey to a cheaper pressed and formed. I personally didn't like it. They also use to have a loaded baked potato which was a yummy meal in itself. Now they don't carry baked potatoes at all.I don't eat at Arby's anymore. I think their food is overpriced for the quality of food...read full review
