I could not believe it I finally ran into great food service the cooking fllour was unbelievable the grease was fresh the chicken livers melted it in your mouth if you're looking for the best chicken livers in Knoxville they are there I could not believe it it tasted like a home kitchen
As a travel agent from Out of My Bubble Adventure’s, I found the staff at Caption Jack's attentive, guiding my first experience. The fresh fish was hot and flavorful, despite the excessive grease and saltiness in the fries and hush puppies. The hot sauce provided a satisfying complement.

Food was definitely not fast but it was fresh and it did taste good. I was honestly scared to try it though because the store smelt awful. It wasn’t just a fish smell, something else gross. Also, the floor was sticky everywhere!
