“I Came used drive thru after working a 12 hour night shift limited on money until payday had a Birthday reward for my bday the other day and decided to use it this morning during breakfast as I pulled up Shaneekya (drive thru cashier) promoted by politely asking me if I am going to use my rewards on the app and I said yes and placed my order she said everything that she needed to say if my order looked correct ,if I would like to donate to military so I pulled to the window and I had difficulty using different rewards and she took the time with no hesitation to make sure I was satisfied with what rewards I was using and how to use them so I could save the most money and I used my birthday coupons rewards and she was just so nice and polite she deserves a raise and a promotion people like her will bring good business to the business! FIVE STARS ! Thank you“

“Give Craig a raise! The drive thru line was long so I opted to go inside only to find the line equally as long. Craig's pleasant demeanor and graciousness towards customers kep people waiting patiently. While he was taking orders at the counter, drive thru and expediting orders he actively recruiting employees and explaing that he was short staffed today due to new hires being no shows. Everyone in line understood his delima and commented on how effectively and efficient the employees that were present operated.

He clearly understands customer service and has the ability to operate well under pressure.

Additionally, the resturant was clean and the food was hot and fresh!“

“The food was absolutely delicious me and my father stopped in on our way to see my son we make this trip every other Saturday and this morning like I stated above the food was absolutely amazing but the things we heard coming from the back of the store with I think 2 managers and a crew person cursing like no other and complaining about previous customers being difficult and such pretty foul language to hear while eating breakfast“

“every time I come to this location LALA (not sure if that's her real name or the name she gave me because she thought she was going to get a bad review) but she is always so sweet and helpful. this time I notice a customer being very rude, yet she still handled this situation with care and a smile. I asked for the manger and another lady told me she was the manager. overall, my food still came out hot and fresh and fast. loving this new turnaround from previous reviews. I'll be back“
