Just had my first meal Tuscan chicken. Everything was cooked perfect.Loved the rice sauce and dried tomatoes.Thanks for all your help when we came in Rick. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s meal?????
I've been using Healthy James Knoxville for meal prep for about 6 months. They are consistently fresh, well balanced, and taste great. The store is staffed by friendly people who are trying hard to please their customers. I recommend it. I've lost weight, and feel great eating these meals. Try the Cauliflower Crust Pizza! Delicious!

Great customer service, owner was very excited to tell me about all the products and services! Rick had plenty of energy and instructed me on how meals should be refrigerated and prepped. This is a great comfort to those who are getting into this life style and maybe don’t feel welcomed at first by a different company. Won’t take long for them to win your business :)
