If any fast food workers in this area as well as Powell deserve a praise and higher wages for doing such outstanding service it's theses guys and gals. 3 times we have eaten here this week and all 3 time it has been exceptional. In the area of Halls and Powell this place stands above the rest. The kitchen is always clean and the service is great and the food is top notch. This is the only place you can count on to get what you want and they way it should be. The employees aren't too busy on their phone or goofing off to make your order and right. This is unheard of in this area. Please keep up the great work and we promise to keep bringing our business and appetites to you.“

“Guy’s first I have to say I order here very often. Probably 3 times in the last month. Ordered the other evening and have never been so disappointed. Ordered the Vito with Mayo and Xtra lettuce. My sub had maybe 1 slice of each piece of meat, 1slice of cheese, 2 very extra small slices of tomato, some lettuce. Really I ate bread with oil and vinegar, and oregano. I know you guys are usually on your game. Just wanted to let you know that everything was not good!“

“I wanna give a shout out to Mr Austin, I had to ask for his name. The guy with the white hat on in a professional black polo! This guy right here seem to be the bomb! During a busy rush I am assuming as you guys was line out the door Austin here was making sure everyone was keeping up but not only that he was also seeming like he was teaching. So holding down a busy place and holding everyone down and training is a wow! Not only that but a girl wrong up our order wrong which caused my wife sandwiched to be messed up, but Austin comes over with a great attitude even though it was very busy he comes over with a great attitude even smiling as the girl wasn’t and he addressed us so kindly and fixed everything. Like this dude was amazing that I just had to leave a review for him. You don’t see many employees work so hard, specially under stress as I would be stress as it was so busy! But you never see a person work so hard while maintaining a great attitude. This was my wife and I first experience at a sandwich shop beside subway and this made us feel very welcomed, I mean even when the order was wrong he fixed it that guy is great for the job. Great leadership! Great with customers as we was watching not trying be a stocker! The place is nice and the food was very delicious. I highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch and my wife recommends the turkey sandwich“

“I ordered carry out. I got the Lu Lu Club. My sandwich was very well portioned and so delicious. Cashier was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and I received my order very quickly. I will definitely be coming back to this location.“
