This poor woman had to run the store by her self and had to make 4 12 packs of krytals back to back. The food was great her customer service was amazing and did it all without complaining Katie is her name and she is the bomb!
The staff went out of their way to get food to me quickly after telling them aid taken insulin a little too early.
Now get the prices for Krystal’s back down to reality and I’d come back. I can’t spend $20 on a value meal and apple pie :(

I asked for 7 cheese Krystal's no onions due to my mom being allergic to onions and asked for them to be made fresh not warmed up. All they did was warm them up, scraped the onions off even though my mom's allergic to onions. Knowing fully that the onions soak in water and produce onion juice. They were old, cold and I've tried calling several times but keep getting a busy signal. I would like my money back plus fresh food.

Krystal is a restaurant that offers a satisfying dining experience with friendly staff and fresh, hot food. The team, including the cashier and cook, are often friendly and appreciative of tips, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Customers have praised the morning staff for their positive attitude and good service, which can make a big difference. However, some visits may be slower, with waits of over 30 minutes for food, and occasional mistakes in orders, such as missing drinks or incorrect items like cheese on the 4 combo, despite clear instructions. There have been issues with forgetting parts of orders and not providing receipts, indicating that staff sometimes overlook details. Despite these setbacks, Krystal remains a good choice for a quick meal, with wheelchair accessibility available. Under new management, the restaurant aims to improve service and consistency.
