Absolutely horrific experience. I'll never step foot in there again.
Was super excited to try this place, however was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service here. Waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at the host stand to seat us, and when we got to our table we waited another 15 minutes just for our server. They claimed they were busy, however there were several empty tables, and plenty of workers, and with all that staff it seemed like only one was actually waiting tables and all she seemed to be able to do was apologize for the wait and get...read full review
We placed an order for 1 veggie quesadilla and a cheese dip to go.
The restaurant was not busy! Everyone who walked in was seated right away. We saw groups of 2 to 7.
They told us it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. When 30 minutes passed, we asked about the food. One of the hostesses went to the back. Came back quickly.
