I was a bit skeptical when I heard my favorite Chinese restaurant had new owners. I only tried the hot and sour soup and the crab Rangoon but oh my goodness! Best crab Rangoon I've had in Knoxville! Full wontons, just right crispness. Soup could have been a by spicier but was so flavorful! Hubby had a chicken and shrimp dish and was pleased. I'm definitely trying more dishes!
Food is good, but some of the delicacies representative of Chinese food are absent, or not characteristic. For example, the attached "Won-Ton" was a minimal effort and unseasoned. I would recommend it for casual Chinese at a good price, but if you want to explore the cuisine closer to an authentic experience, I would suggest Asia Kitchen (with Sunrise next door), or for value, Yummy Yummy Teriyaki.
