Chicken was incredible just busy and not moving fast...
The new Kingston Pike location is great. Our large order was correct and the staff was very nice and the store was extremely clean.
My first time at this location and it was absolutely wonderful! Fast and friendly service yesterday and the food was definitely on point! Would definitely come back again. 🙂

Customers report fast and friendly service at the new Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location. The food is moist, plentiful, delicious, and crispy, especially the chicken sandwich which is crunchy and fresh. The red beans and rice side is excellent. A manager even gave free Coke's to a couple during an Uber pickup. Some orders were delayed, but most customers say the service is good. The small location uses gloves in the back and has no apple pies this visit. Overall, the experience is positive and many customers say they will return.
