“This was my first time visiting this location. The service was absolutely excellent. We had a large party of twelve people, but the waiter and waitress kept everything moving quickly. My drink was constantly full. The food came out amazing. One of the best steaks I've had. Definitely save room for dessert.“

“We were here celebrating Fathers Day. We love this restaurant but I was disappointed with my 10 oz ribeye. We were there June 17, 2025. My husband ordered the 7 oz sirtion & it was much thicker & larger than my ribeye. The ribeye I was served was very thin. This is unusual for the Chophouse cause I always order the 10 oz ribeye & it is always spot on.We celebrate special occasions here & love it. The house salad is amazing. Hopefully I won’t be disappointed the next time I order ribeye. Thank you Kathy Adderholdt“

“First of all the food was wonderful, high quality steak cooked perfectly, and an amazing homemade Ranch dressing. Secondly the owner and staff are the best! My little boy forgot his wallet with all his birthday money in it at the restaurant and they offered to mail it to our home 2 hours away without expecting anything in return. Will return every time we are in Knoxville!“

“Party of 5, wait wasn't too long, enjoyed a sangria at the bar which was amazing! The oinon appetizer was great! Chopsteak, so yummy gravy with caramelized onion and mushrooms. Ribeye was perfect as well as lobster tail! Would recommend! Service was awesome and atmosphere wasn't bad at all.“

“I went here for my birthday which I have done for the last few years. I always love the french onion soup and the blooming onions. Although this time, the blooming onion was mediocre at best, the onion was very thin and overcooked. But everything else was wonderful. This place by far has the best french onion soup.“

“My partner and I frequent Outback restaurants (they are our “safe” option). We were not disappointed at all with choosing this location! Our server Abby was amazing, she was very enthusiastic and just in general amazing at her job. Our cook did phenomenal, I must say the shrimp was grilled to perfection.It was some of the best food I’ve had out of the knox and even sevier county Oubacks. Not sure what crew you had in on 7/16/25 around 4pm, but KEEP THEM! (If anyone from that crew see’s this, keep up the good work!)“

“I have wanted a steak from here for a month. Husband ordered me the 8oz Medium well. I immediately went to cut it and it was rare. I mean blood pouring out. I can't eat rare or even Medium cooked steaks. There was one little piece that was medium well on the end. Thought I would eat it. NOPE, hard as a rock. What is wrong with people and the way they cook. I have the ticket that says Medium Well. let's just say it wouldn't have been pretty if I was in the restaurant eating. Thanks for nothing. At least I ate the salad and two rolls. FYI, Husband's Prime rib was good to him.“

“Baked potatoes keep getting smaller and smaller. Got an order to go today and had to cook another potato at home to have one normal baked potato. Love your steaks, but you need to get bigger baked potatoes to keep me coming back.“

“try the roadkill i know it sounds funny but its smothered with sautéed onions and mushrooms and cheese on a chopped steak totally delicious. and there ceaser salad with rattle snake bites for an appetizer.“
