“Just grabbed take-out for my wife and I. We live about 10 mins away; the order was ready before I arrived! They are very receptive to feedback. Every time I’ve gone to this location, I’ve never had any issues. I’m sure their order time is faster than Jimmy John’s! If you’ve never tried Panera or have been, make sure you leave an honest review about them because there’s a great team of people working who are happy to serve you with a smile on their face. I applaud GM Jerome and his team on their consistency.“

“Jael was a phenomenal server. She was real knowledgeable about the menu as I did not know what to order everything that she recommended was very delicious and I was glad I ordered it. She was tentative to my table and I appreciate that because sometimes you can get checked on so much that you don’t even get a chance to eat in peace. I work in The food industry and I always look for Service first she was polite respectable, and did an excellent job. I hope she Is part of the training or at least able To teach server classes.
