Ok, people my age require a DQ blizzard periodically, say 1 every 6 to 8 months. This DQ suffers from the lack of help/staff like most fast food operations. The young lady managing the store did a magnificent job with customers and orders to keep it operational and satisfying. So, I 'm already planning my next blizzard foray 6 or 7 months from now.
Just came for a small Blizzard which took probably 20 minutes. I heard someone behind the counter quote somebody else 20 minutes for a hamburger. This was a Saturday morning. They had 3 staff members there and there were several people, at least a half dozen, waiting behind us. One lady was there to pick up a cake and had to wait just as long. Customers were starting to leave. Also, when ordering they were trying to charge us $0.50 for cups for water. And I thought Sonic was bad...read full review

Ice cream was as expected, worth the price. Lady at the front counter did not attempt to hide that we were an inconvenience to her. Several of the tables were sticky and the dining area was not cleaned well.
