Awesome food I’m from Clarksville ,Tn we are getting 4 so this was my first time and I love it
Mr Jason the new over night shift manager helped me with my DoorDash order that kept getting stolen. Made sure it was fresh when I came to personally pick it up. Gave us an extra biscuit and some brownies. Amazing manager!

Whataburger is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of delicious burgers and breakfast items. The food is generally well-prepared, with the classic burger options being a particular highlight. However, the restaurant has faced challenges with order accuracy, especially for online orders, where customers have reported receiving the wrong items or missing condiments.
The staff has received positive reviews, with some noting that the girls at the window were great and helpful, especially for those who do not come often. The cleanliness of the restaurant, including the restrooms, has also been praised. Parking remains convenient, with designated spots for pickup orders and accessibility for those with mobility needs.
While the restaurant has received mostly positive reviews, there have been some issues reported, such as cold French fries and missing napkins in drive-thru orders. Some customers have expressed disappointment with the quality of the food during recent visits, mentioning that the burgers and fries did not meet their expectations. There have also been concerns about the soda machines not functioning properly during busy times.
Overall, Whataburger offers a solid dining experience, with delicious food and a clean, accessible environment. However, the restaurant could benefit from improved order accuracy, better attention to food quality, and a more responsive approach to customer concerns.
