If you order an hour in advance online and you still have to wait behind 7 customers just to get that sandwich made, then what's the point in ordering online. “I went inside to eat and even though I was the only customer inside I stood there for almost 10 mins while i watched 7 employees look at me and just ignore me. I asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to get service and the girl said no someone will be with you soon. I watched 6 cars go through the drive thru that came up after I had already been standing there. Complete disregard for customer service. That alone makes me not want to eat there again. Oh and the tomatoes were old and mushy.“
