“Finally got to have lunch here after seeing others recommendations. We were not disappointed. They were busy but service was efficient and the sandwiches beyond delicious. Looking forward to many more visits and trying more of the sandwiches.“

“I haven't ordered from Smokeys in a while and have only ordered wings in the past. Decided to give the pizza a try with some fried mushrooms and it was great! Try the cheeseburger pizza if you want something unique. Workers were nice and prices are fair. Smokeys will be my regular stop for a great pizza in the future. Will have to try the other varieties to see if they are as awesome as the cheeseburger pizza“

“Went in today at lunch, was a rush but the teenager who took my order was friendly and had a huge smile on her face. It was refreshing. The tall boy who got my food was the friendliest. The manager even made it a point to tell me to have a great day as I left. I appreciate the friendliness, just wish you’d bring back home style tenders!!“

“Visited late on 9/2 - excellent service. The young lady at the registered was very friendly and courteous - let us know it would be 6 mins for one of our items, apologized for having to make fresh ranch for us. All around great customer service.

Loved chatting with manager Doug about his travels to Las Vegas and how much he appreciates his employees. We left the restaurant smiling and feeling like we had just bumped into friends.“

“Continued issues with credit card reader accepting a gift card during checkout. Aloca & both Knoxville have the same issue. Today visit to Blaze the reader would not accept the card being manually entered. Service was slow only one person working the pizza toppings part of the counter. Several people in line and carry out orders, seemed to be a lot for one person.“

“This Olive Garden is always fantastic. The managers and wait stuff are always great. We came to an early dinner. The food is always good if it isn’t the staff is more than happy to get you something else or try again without hesitation. It is always top tier service. The new pumpkin cheesecake is the BOMB!“

“I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“
