“After having found my order to be incorrect the second time after getting home, I called and spoke with the night manager. Her name was Kiera. She was very pleasant and understanding about the mistake. She told me she would make it right and if I wanted, I could come back that night. Unable to drive back to town, She took my name and told me to ask or her when I came in again. When I came and asked for her, she remembered me and took care of it herself. She was very professional and understanding. I can't compliment this young lady enough for customer service, attitude and dedication to her job. She is a reflection of a leader who cares and committed to doing her best for her company. KFC should reward this young manager and make her an example of excellence.
