Our visit to Benihana was definitely not what we were expecting. Gone were decently dressed patrons & the lively atmosphere where professionally trained hibachi chefs put on an exciting show. Our bill was rather high, over $200 with 3 guests & no alcohol. Which would have been fine if the experience had been worth it. Sorry to say it wasn't a great experience.
This location continues to get worse and worse. The chefs are terrible (I miss Tony). I've tied to give them a chance because I truly love Benihana, but I can't keep justifying or turning a blind eye to the terrible food. I wish they would hire some real chefs. I'm so disappointed and will likely not go back again. Overcooked rice. Yakisoba Noodles were literally grilled (hard and dry). Just a bad overall experience. Waited forever for drink refills.
