Consistently gets the order incorrect
food is good and fresh
Bojangles COUNT YOUR DAYS!! I visit this location at least 1 or twice a month. On two occasions I've ordered the Boo Berry cookies and on both occassions they've given me biscuits!

Bojangles is a restaurant that offers easy, quick, and delicious food. Many customers visit this location at least once or twice a month. The food is amazing when it is done right, and one customer cannot say enough about how good it is when it is done right. The sausage and biscuits and hashbrowns are stellar, and Bojangles has all day breakfast everyday. Customers can get in and out really quickly, and the food is always ready when pulling up to the window. However, there are complaints. On two occasions, Boo Berry cookies were ordered but biscuits were given instead. The chicken sandwich was to be a deluxe with pickles and lettuce, but the lettuce is never received, only the pickles and chicken sandwich, something too hard to eat, something paid extra for. The fries are always cold and hard as a brick. Every employee seems to have an attitude or is always having a bad day. The biggest complaint is that napkins are never in the bag. Maybe one, but more times than not, none at all. It is pretty annoying. At the drive thru, the first window was not in operation, and the second window asked customers to pull up after paying to wait on food. A drive thru should never ask a customer to leave the window without their food. Pulling every single car around the building defeats the purpose of a drive thru. They will pull customers to the sides of the building without that much space as soon as the order is paid for. Do better!
