Ok.. so I'm at the attached hotel for the week, so I went here several times. The first time I got a smashburger. The bottom patty was cooked decently, the top was still pink throughout. Fries were good, bartender lady was pleasant, so I returned the next couple days and got fries. Tonight, I go in, have a seat as I did each other time, and I see this troll staring as I sit down.

Not sure what was going on but I took my Mother in-law and Wife there for Mother’s Day and the wait time was ridiculous. We had a reservation for 1:30 but when we got there they told us it’s a 20 min wait time although we reserved. Then we waited 20 mins before a waiter came and took our drink orders. It took 1 hour for us to get our appetizers and 35 minutes to get our food and we ordered everything at the same time (Drinks, Appetizers, and Food). Worst experience ever.
Great atmosphere and great food. Customer service was great!
