They refuse to make an appointment unless you fax your referral, but then they can’t find your fax (sent twice). Referrals can be accessed digitally and I also have a paper copy. Terrible policy and customer service.
Kimb checked us in and she was wonderful. So friendly and informative. She made a dreaded doctor visit less stressful.
I can’t say enough good things about the care I received from both Denise Crain and Dr. Deanna Gentry. Denise was incredibly professional and kind—she checked me out and took the time to explain my procedure in a way that calmed my nerves and made everything feel less overwhelming. She truly went above and beyond.
Dr. Gentry was equally amazing. She helped me navigate all of my paperwork and made sure everything was in order, which took a huge weight off my shoulders....read full review
