“Place a order a few weeks ago for a Wing meal crispy, I didn't get the biscuit that come with the meal, usually I get all condiments and napkins but this particular day I didn't get any, never got a chance to report back to them about the missing biscuit, I was on lunch break at “

“This place yall was so amazing fast and polite! This shift on today at 8pm 03/25/25 yall gave me that pot pie and my daughter the 8pc nuggets everything was fresh!! Wonderful service and shout out to Tasha and the manger for giving that guy that soda! Yall rock!“

“We had an awesome experience today.Lesley the cashier greeted us with a warm smile & was very helpful explaining the menu. I let her know she was awesome & it was her first day. Katrina the manager Show very good leadership. She was very friendly & made sure that we was very satisfied and I like that.Lashira that was helping prepare the food even came out to the lobby to check on us to make sure if we were okay. Katrina asked us to come back and even let us know about specials. I told her we would definitely be back. I let her know that we were very pleased with the service. “In a city with so many options for fried chicken, KFC is never my first option. This day was different because I was hungry and this was the closest place. The dining room was clean and relatively quiet because there weren’t that many people dining in. The young lady that took my order was courteous and professional which was a plus. My order came out hot and was actually really good. It took a bit so I think it was also freshly fried. It was well worth the 4 or 5 minute wait. The temperature in the dining room wasn’t exactly to my liking but it wasn’t designed specifically with me in mind so I can’t take off much for that. The manager, Naqueta, even came out to check on the diners. Overall I’m glad I stopped in and the next time I’m in the area this will be my first choice for lunch.“

“As approaching the drive thru... I was very undeclare as to what too order.. With the help of staff.. Me figure out what too order and how it made since to have everything I needed... The food was fresh, hot and DELICIOUS...I asked for Names because peppers will complain But we never give credit where it's due...Thanks too Taja and staff.....“

“KFC/Graceland I'm glad y'all have upped your game. I have been wanting to try the new Chizza and paired with a Sweet Lightening did not disappoint. It just needed something green, basil leaves? Green olives? Grilled green pepper strips? I think the Chizza is a winning menu item.“

“I've been to this location a few times. But the young man that was running the register this night was way more friendly than any other employee I've encountered. He was attentive, courteous, and respectful. You don't hardly see that any more anywhere. I wish I had gotten his name. Now if we can just get the people in the kitchen trained up to know the difference between a breast and a thigh, y'all would have a grandslam.“

“I had KFC recently and it was a great experience all around. I ordered the 8-piece chicken mixed and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way it should be. The service was quick and friendly, making the visit even better. Overall, the food was good, the service was good, and I left completely satisfied. Definitely worth coming back for!“

“I went to KFC for lunch and I ordered the chicken wrap combo I did order one of each I only recieved the classic ones. It would've been nice to try the spicy one. I ordered a Sierra Mist to drink and I think God was looking out for me because the drink had flavor carbonation but no sweetner. That was ok I drink carbonated flavored water with no sweetner. So I think I might try again maybe I can get a spicy chicken wrap.“

I then came to this location where I was greeted very sweetly by Juanita. She was friendly and professional to the last. Juanita deserves a promotion, for sure.“

“I came and and my mind was set on buying this one item, but I found out the store no longer sells its but the manager at the time suggested I get something else and she wasn’t pleased until I took her upon her offer lol, I ended up getting a famous bowl and boy was it amazing, her customer service skills was incredible she went out her way to make sure I left satisfied I can say this is the way to get your business running forever, this location it’s self was clean and outstanding, this location is by far better then the one in frayser that location is so unsafe for anyone working or traveling there, the staff there is rude and mean, everyone carry guns and is so much debris’s there I don’t see how anyone could eat out of that establishment it needs to get closed down or they need better people..!!!So thank you to the ladies that made me feel welcomed and appreciated you guys ROCK..!!! trust me your work will never go unnoticed“

“I got back home we started eating dinner with my friend family I started feeling upset iate one leg one wing I didn't even finish watching the game I took a bath and laid down I felt so bad like my stomach everything wanted to come up. I call in from work this morning I called one of my friends they was all sick that ate that chicken He told me after left people started feeling wosy stomach upset and running. I feel like u all need to check your grease regularly it mess a lot 5us up we all have to be really careful about what we eat“

“Although they only had white meat left (breasts and wings), that was ok with me because that's what I went there to get. It was seasoned well like KFC has always tasted. Running out of chicken at 3:30 in the afternoon is absurd. She tells me they the drive thru speaker, " we only have white meat", I say ok can I have 2 breast and 2 wings. She goes on to say there will be an upcharge for all white meat. I'm thinking white meat is all that you have to offer. How are you going to upcharge me when I have no other choice. Wth?! Anyway, got my chicken and headed home.“

“The food was fresh, good, and hot. The sitting area was clean and quiet. There was a bit of a wait for my online pickup. Customer service was okay. There was only one person working the counter and drive-thru so it's not a wonder customer service was lacking.“

“We traveled down here from Louisiana , me & my family love KFC. We had a great experience. Building was clean , staff were very nice. We got to conversate with a manager (Mrs.Vicky) about where we were from. Amazing staff & fresh food.“
