Arrived at 1130pm. It's almost 12:30am. Still in the drive-thru and can't leave because there is a curb blocking cars in. THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE. I can't imagine having a 1 hour break and getting upset spending it in line. Long story short: This is the worst Krystal and you should avoid it; trust me. The staff is also rude.
This is the worst location. Waited 55 minutes for food. 30 of those minutes were spent in the drive through only to be asked to park for 20 more. Then the entire staff is rude and we’re playing around instead of fixing food. They need to get new staff or shut it down
