“Though extremely busy, and I was there to pick up my food 15 minutes before closing. The staff was very friendly. My order was ready exactly when it was stated on my pick up time. Made my evening very pleasant and stress free! I definitely will be ordering from this location again!“

“Great deals and pizza tastes fresher than Pizza Hut and definitely Dominos. Was going to buy from Pizza Hut with coupons, but all Pizza Huts in Memphis metropolitan region don’t honor the coupons. Papa John’s honored their coupons so money for them and not Pizza Hut.“

“The pizza was great. I chose to pick it up at this location. The only negative is that they had only one person working at the register. This meant the wait was longer than it should have been as she was also having to assist with organizing takeaway boxes, etc for other orders that were coming in.“

“My order was delivered through Uber Eats by KEYAIRA.Quick! Fast! & In A Hurry!!! Way ahead of schedule!!!Everything was HOT and DELICIOUS!!! All my favorite veggies without having to customize! Chocolate on Chocolate!!! “Because this is close to my home (Brooks Rd location) I will order from this location when I am craving pizza. Papa John's is generally a good quality pizza. When I arrived at the pick up window and in a very short time I was greated by a worker who took my name. She disappeared ans reappeared just as quickly with the 2 pizzas I had ordered. Before leaving I checked my order. I had ordered one with extra sausage but from appearance it looked to have a regular amount of meat on it. Inasked the lady if she was the manager and she inquired as to what was wrong..i explained my concern and she immediately began to see how to resolve my concern. She took back the pizza I had concerns about. A bit later a gentleman came to thr window. He reported to me that he was the one who.made the pizza and for sure put the extra on it but that it may not have been able to be seen due to the cheese. He was friendly and it was not confrontational. I requested that if that was in fact the case I would take thr original pizza. He ensured me that they had me and wanted to make the customer was satisfied. This ENTIRE experience from my first contact reminded me so much of how customer service use to be. This was around thr 3:27‐4p hour 7/31/26 time frame. Those 2 people working deserve credit for doing a great job.“
