Drive thru was way too long, so I went inside to order. Only 1 person in line (bc its below freezing outside) & I still had to wait over 5mins to order bc the guy working the register was chit-chatting with the girl in line. He did not ask her to move to the side to wait for her order to be filled. He clearly saw me behind her. She ended up forgetting to order a coffee so he gave her a venti size for free.
