“I don't need to review the food because it's Taco Bell and most of us that eat it know what it tastes like. I'm going to review the staff and location. The group here deserves high marks because regardless of the order or time of day, I have received nothing but the best. “Went 10/1 on Tuesday around 6:30.

Usually location a hit or miss but whoever made the food or was cooking this day made everything perfectly. Everything was fresh, all the customizations were accommodated for, and all add ons were on the food.

First time I’ve went to a Taco Bell and had a perfect order, thank you to the cook!“

“Who doesn’t like Taco Bell?! One of my favorite fast food places. Today I had the supreme beef burrito no sour cream, and the crunchy taco. Good food and good service. Can’t beat the price! I stop by here often. They also make a good Mexican pizza, and love the dorito taco.“

I was craving quesadillas for lunch but every time i gotten them before i they were undercooked tortillas that were floppy and everything would fall out, i asked him to please cook mine for a little longer and his response was "i got you" great attitude to have in a fast food work place and we need more employees in the fast food business like him! also the restaurant and the bathroom was clean and best taco bell i have went into thus far. ill be sure to add this to my route if im in the area again. “I go here a lot. If this is the one on Elvis Presley near Winchester. It was horrible when I tried the new doube-pack chulupa. It's like they dropped it in a fryer for too long. My chulupa was burnt like a taco. When I went to the one in Elvis Presley next to Hook's. They made it just like it looked on TV. It was great.“

“The inside was very clean and the staff was super friendly. It took a while to get our food but there was a long car line and a lot of door dashers picking up orders so they were putting out orders as fast as possible. The lady that handed us our orders repeated everything back to us to make sure it was correct before we walked to our table. Highly recommend this location!“

“Yes, it's inexpensive fast food. But as far as inexpensive fast food goes, this is the most reliable option in Memphis. I drive past two or three other Taco Bells on my way to get drive-through from here. It's THAT much better.“

Still the occasional missing item on a mobile order, which is my usual method of ordering, but can definitely notice an improvement.Was very surprised today when they apologized for long wait (I didn't feel it was particularly long) and even offerede small coupon gesture, which I had no idea they even did.So whatever methods they're doing to increase the customer facing service, it's working.“

“We were surprised by the low ratings. We are regular at this drive-thru for years, and our orders have always been quick and accurately checked for vegetarian options. Sure, there was an issue with an order a year or so ago, but I received a refund after raising the concern. Despite that hiccup, my drive-thru orders were smooth and quick. I love their simple soft potato taco. Taco Bell is always a go-to choice for food when you're in a rush.“
