I am now in love with the Hacks Cross location! The assistant mgr Denise helped me get my order after that sent it to the wrong location so I wouldn't be late on my lunch break. And the food was fye!
Went through the drive-thru this evening & they made a mistake on my order so I called back & Jalen told me he would take care of it. I returned and he remade my entire order fresh and it was delicious! ! ! Thank you so much ! I enjoyed my meal and I will be back again ! !

Sensitive to spice or pepper? Don't come here. I love BBQ and have eaten many styles of it. However, all the sauce options at Tops are spicy. There are only 4 options. The hot is, obviously, not for me. The mild is also too spicy, and the "sweet" is very peppery. There is ketchup and Louisiana hot sauce on the tables. That's it. Even the Mac n cheese was loaded with pepper. My partner liked it fine, but in my opinion, there are better places to eat.
