The food is usually good here except for late night...fries are normally cold at night. Service....not so great... After sitting in line for 30 to 45 min (which is normal after dark) they ALWAYS want u to back up behind the yellow pole and wait til they tell u to pull up to the window again. Considering the wait time to the window is so long i dont think anyone wants to back up to the yellow pole and wait another 5 - 10 min. Had did a mobile order right before 1:00 pm 9/28/23 made it there around 1:30 pm guess what my order wasn't ready it was about 10 people in line 3 people made their order before I even got mines...and I thought the mobile order means in and out not at this location on this day if it wasn't for the frosty I never would have

I made an order over the app and it was not ready until 15 minutes later. The burger and fries were lukewarm when I got them. I do not recall seeing a drink machine out front in the lobby, but there was definitely no ketchup or napkins m in the dispensers.
