Everything was great this time
I’m disappointed! I usually come to this Wendy’s often because I’ve never had a problem! I’m not sure what’s going on today but I’m not happy with my order. I order online through the app because it’s convenient so today I ordered 2 biggie bags one with spicy nuggets and one regular with an extra 6 piece nugget spicy also. That would be 3 orders of nuggets in total, I only got 1 with the biggie bags, I ordered a diet dr pepper and it was so flat with no carbonation...read full review

Wendy's is a restaurant that shows promise, but struggles with service and efficiency. Food is often hot and fresh, but the evening rush can be overwhelming, leading to chaotic scenes and long wait times. The staff may benefit from more organization and training to manage the flow of customers. While the morning and lunch hours seem to run smoothly, the late-night hours can be frustrating due to the unusual "timer system" that requires customers to wait in line before reaching the window. Despite these issues, the food is generally good, except for the cold fries that sometimes accompany late-night orders.
