I just ordered a 10 pc nugget meal for the first time in over a year from Wendy’s. It is disgusting. Nuggets are not crispy enough for my liking. Fries are hot but tough. No ice in my drink. I want my $11 dollars back. They need to close every Wendy’s down atp.
Terrible customer service and they forget certain items frequently, I would not recommend plus I cant see how they are still open.
I love this Wendy’s. The assistant manager is absolutely amazing. My food is always fresh. My food is always on point. They are very professional. That assistant Manager. I will always give her a top 10 I will always go to this Wendy’s because I know my food is gonna be right, but it’s also the respect that they give. Thank you keep up the good work. Y’all are doing the absolutely wonderful job..

Wendy's serves a variety of meals, including the Biggie Bag, Jr Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, nuggets, and a drink. While some customers have had negative experiences, others have praised the friendly and efficient service, highlighting one staff member's exceptional work at the drive-thru window.
