Was told I couldn’t order and the lady making pretzels seriously needs a different role had to buy out of the case.. Snails pace. No one in a hurry at all.
I love this place ..awesome service .Everytime I go to the mall..this is the 1st place I go to..#lovethosepretzels..#yummy

We went today 4-26-26 for the free pretzel in the app my son, my husband, and I all had the app for the free pretzel. The lady working the cash register was soooo rude to everyone. She didn’t smile once my son scanned his thing and turned around and said thank you she didn’t even acknowledge him nor me when I said it. She was hateful with the other girls she was working with.
