“I was so happy to find this gem in the Mt Juliet area. The food is well spiced for me ( level 3 or 4 depending on my mood ). The staff are very friendly creating a welcoming atmosphere. I love the gongura dishes in particular. My wife and I visit here almost weekly. I recommend this restaurant.“

“This is FAST, GOOD food. It's kinda surprising how good it is. Elvis is the owner and he really knows what he's doing. High quality ingredients and you can taste it when you take your first bite. He's got his team trained well. Every single time, it's perfection.

Oh, and the cheapest place in town for scallops!

Not much on atmosphere, but I found out that most of their business is drive through. Good for them. If you're a drive through kind of person, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food here.“

“So I'm very big on condiments and a lot of places uou go to give you hard time about it. You ask them for extra ketchup and they act like you asked them for their first born. However, the young man at the window, black, twenty something, slim, half black and half brown treads didn't mind at all. He was more worried about guest satisfaction than trying to run something. I appreciate his professionalism and his willingness to seek good customer service! Please take the time to thank that young man for me!“

“This location is extremely outdated. The staff was friendly enough and the food was hot when it was given to us, it just took FOREVER. We definitely weren't the only customers in there and they did have a couple of drive-thru customers, but it took entirely too long for what we ordered.“

“We really enjoyed our breakfast at Cherokee this morning. I had the strip and eggs, my husband had the mariachi omlette. There is so much food. You definitely won't leave hungry. On a side note, I'm not a fan of bell peppers and there's bell peppers in the potatoes. My server went the " extra mile" for me and had some potatoes cooked w/o bell peppers. They were delicious. The service was top notch A1 hands down best service I’ve ever received. Danielle was attentive, kind, caring and knowledgeable! The food was seasoned to perfection, I had the lamb chops with the baked sweet potato and he had the 8oz ribeye with the loaded baked potato, the salad bar was super fresh with a nice variety. The dessert was amazing!!! We had the banana foster there and we ordered the brownie cheesecake, carrot cake, the lemon cake to go for our kids at home. “Went to Hendersonville Tn Captain D’s tonight. There were three people working when there should have been four. The girls were very busy. We were eating in. They explained that we might have to wait a little longer since they were understaffed. We said that was fine. They couldn’t have been nicer. Our food came out perfect and was very good. Unfortunately, we only got Tanya and Melissa’s names and not the person who was in the kitchen. They did a great job in spite of being super busy and understaffed. They’re the best.“

I got steak, and they ordered everything else on the menu - shrimp, fish, chicken, scallops, a few sushi rolls, etc. If you’re wanting better food, drive an hour to Bowling Green, KY and hit up Yuki. But this was convenient and I didn’t want to spend an hour in the car with these guys.“
