“I came to visit Know Better Coffee in Mountain City TN. I am from Michigan but I have to leave a review!! I’m so glad to have walked into a place where you immediately feel peace, hospitality, and comfort. It was like visiting family there!! Next, I got two drinks (one to go), plus, muffins, and two bags of whole bean coffee - all was high quality and amazing! The uplifting handwritten note on my coffee cup just really made me smile! 😊 I highly recommend this place. I wish I could get shipments of the coffee to Michigan. Go visit if yall are in the area! It’s worth it.“

“Sandwiches made properly and to my request. Bun didn't seam as fresh as could have been. Service has improved greatly over the last few months and the cleanliness of the unit has improved based on observing management being involved in it--- leading by example. Definitely improvements over their competition. The GM and her staff have worked hard to improve the unit. KEEP IT UP!👍“
