“Our granddaughter has severe peanut allergies. Last night our grandson stopped by to get her a treat. Ice cream stores are often the worst place for cross contamination when dealing with allergies. When he told the Baskin-Robbins employee he was buying it for a little girl with peanut allergies, the employee sterilized the utensils and opened new everything to make sure there was no cross contamination. That means the world to a family who has an allergy kid. Thank you Baskin-Robbins for such outstanding service.“

There was a line out the door when we walked up but only took about 20 (maybe less) min from time we got there until we paid and were leaving. My only complaint and it is small is I wish the coffee ice cream had a stronger coffee taste.“

I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! If this is how they are changing and how they treat people...They have lost my support! It's a ashame and I'm so disappointed! This store is heartless!“

“I love this place!!! It is conveniently located from my apartment. It is easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking and plenty of space to eat outside. The menu is amazing even though I continuously get the same thing the strawberry shortcake is and always be my favorite.“

“Wow, absolutely the furthest thing from fast food is Culver's delicious fresh made food. Dana and Steven had a ButterBurger with Cheese, fries, a Fried Cod fish sandwich with fried Cheese Curds and a 2 piece Fried Cod fish dinner with fries and cole slaw. Real Sweet Tea. Service and food is always fantastic. If you have never been to Culvers on Medical Center Pkwy, do yourself a favor, you'll be happy you did!“

“I see this food truck all the time near my house and have wondered what all they serve. Found them on google and realized that they make birria ramen!! The lady running the truck is nice and she has signs out up to help with correct pronunciation of the dishes she cooks! I got the Birria ramen plate and it comes with birria ramen and the tacos and pickled vegetables. Was so good I ate it all in one sitting. The family also got some tacos and quesadillas that were very tasty. I love finding a good food truck and this is one that I’ll return to for sure ESPECIALLY since I went there buying for a family of 4 and only paid less than $50 total!! Prices are too good. Too bad they ran out of tamales so soon but I’ll be back to get some.“

The staff were extremely quick to meet my needs, especially Nathan, who was very considerate and a great representative of whatDQ's customer service ideal should be! “GO! This place was so good and the customer service was great. I got there a little late around 9:10 just stopping by after dinner and had never tried it. Jeremiah greeted me with a smile and was super helpful. I ended up getting the deal with 3 items and the Caramel
apple cobbler and snicker doole cookie were AMAZING!!! I also got the bourbon pecan pudding and it was not my favorite. The pudding part of it was great but the bourbon sauce threw me off. However the other treats and the great customer service definitely made up for it. I will be back to try more things! “Always friendly and the food is right in par with what we expect from sonics6/1/ 23 update: it is worth noting, we went to sonic last night after church with another family (12 of us total). It was already fairly busy and I was surprised to see it good came out quickly and accurately. The crew last night was working very hard, was quick. And friendly.
