Nowadays whether it’s an early breakfast on the way to school or a buy one get one Whopper Wednesday like today, they get me in and out with speed and accuracy - love it! Marquisha and her manager were also very helpful with placing my order in the app. Please don’t stop doing what you’re doing. Ten out of ten, highly recommended.“

The 2 ladies, and 1 gentleman I interacted with at approximately 1:40pm through the drive through were exceptionally friendly and polite. I do not know their names, but it’s definitely a surprise to be welcomed with smiles and respectfulness in Nashville. I hope they see this, and it trickles down to give them recognition. They made my day. Thank you!!“
“Had a great experience here. I judged the book too soon and ended up talking with the GM at this location because I thought my food was wrong. Turns out, I put the order in wrong myself. The GM didn’t argue, put. Up a fuss, nor did she give any attitude. She simply laughed and joked with me about MY mistake and even showed me how to use the kiosk thing. I definitely appreciate her because it was me that made the mistake and she didn’t have to go out of her way to help me, but she did! She showed me that I RULE!!!!“

“My brother and I just got the SpongeBob meal here. Let me just say, you made the world’s greatest fry cook proud. Everything was so good and our krabby patties were wrapped with such care in their paper blankets…just like when SpongeBob tucked in the pickles under the slice of cheese and then read them a bedtime story. “I dined in today. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were out of some menu items, so they had signage for that as well as signage stating for customers to use the two available kiosks (very similar computer touchscreen to McDonald's) unless a cashier was available at the counter. My food was served at the counter in a reasonable short time. The quality of the food was great. Despite the mostly negative reviews this location has received in the past, I had a good experience as you can see expressed in this review. As you can see in my photos here, the location was clean, although the men's restroom was out of order at the time. I can tell this place has recently been renovated, so we shall see how time treats it. As of right now, I do recommend this location. And by the way, breakfast ends at 10:30 a.m. there were quite a few people walking in just after 10:30 being surprised by that fact at the counter. 5 stars this time BK.“

“I really got treated rudely at the villa Italian kitchen next door to Burger King. Burger King saves our tour at the end of the day. MELISSA AND ADRIANA WERE VERY POLITE, pleasant voices. They apologized for the misconduct that I received from their rude neighbors (villa Italian kitchen), they didn’t have to do that, but thank you for your hospitality MELISSA AND ADRIANA FOR BURGER KING. “This long long layover gave me the opportunity to grab a Whooper ® and unsweet ice tea. The Whooper was in traditional Burger King style. Fries, all kinds of burgers, fountain and bottled drinks and great old school vanilla ice cream. At Gate D1 near the connector between C and D gates, this open venue is accessible with low counter but no seating. Look for a central area for a table or sit at your gate waiting area

“I approach an empty counter, and am told "be right there", "no rush" i reply, when someone does come to the counter -- I smile warmly at the cashier, and ask for a double whopper value meal, i am then interrupted mid sentence to be told "we don't have value meals" I then order the "number two", and am handed a receipt which says "double whopper vm"... I wonder what VM could possibly stand for? Anyone?
