“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Traveled from Atlanta and found this gem through TikTok . The food was absolutely amazing! Cooked fresh! Nothing is premade and you can taste the difference. It was Piping hot juicy and flavorful! Oh so delicious! The owners/staff were excellent, we talked about life, travel, and culture. Definitely the best place we have tried. This is the best location! We were so happy with the food we went back the next day, and the quality was still the same! We are back a couple weeks later with the family and we will surely be going back to our new favorite spot!“

“From the first day I tried Flamie’s Hot Chicken, I was very impressed and pleased by the amazing customer service and how friendly the staff has been to me. I really enjoy the menu and I’m always looking for new things to try even though I usually order the Mango Habanero chicken fries or something similar from that menu! “This is a standard Chick-fil-A that ISN'T TOO CROWDED. They have curbside pick up. It's hard to turn left out of the parking lot onto Charlotte Pike. If you need to head toward downtown Nashville, driving through the parking lot and exit with the light. THEY EVEN HAVE THE OLD STEIRFOAM CUPS!!!!! It's my pleasure to bring you this information.“

“2 wings in and my mouth burning eyes watering, nose running but there's flavor not just burning! It was definitely worth the wait!“

“I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“
