The Commons Club offers a unique setting and friendly service, with a server named John providing good suggestions. The food is decent, with the chorizo burrito and fried chicken being highlights, while the flatbread toppings lack flavor and the chicken and waffles are just okay. The "drop biscuits and gravy" were not what was expected, and the fried chicken portion may appear small but contains ample meat. Live music is a nice touch but competes with indoor piped-in music. Overall, it's worth giving the restaurant another try, perhaps avoiding the flatbread.
