“This location had excellent service. The waiter was attentive and checked on us often without over doing so. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The steak was tender too! My guy loved his strawberry waffles. As for the atmosphere, it was very clean besides the food I smelled bleach as soon as we entered..In fact I'd have to say that this is the cleanest IHOP I've ever been in! I was shocked about the overall service. Hands down 5 stars!“

“I just want to shout out the crew that worked Friday night, 5/16/25. One waitress, don't know who was in the back. Yes it was slow, but you still stayed on top of everything and were amazing. Only 3 starts on atmosphere because it was country music and we were right under a speaker.“
