“Jennifer was so kind and pleasant! We came into IHOP around 6:45 a.m. while the team was managing an overhead leak and a small crowd, and she was amazing.
Great customer service can feel rare these days, but Jennifer went beyond that. She was attentive, calm, and genuinely warm to every person who sat at her tables. People from all walks of life. Her kindness made our breakfast fellowship even more wonderful.
