We are staying in Nashville for a Christmas party weekend with my company and my wife is pregnant so we were looking for something close to our hotel, and JWB Grill popped up on our Google so we gave it a shot. I wish I had the experience so many others have had at this restaurant. But we didn’t even get the name of our server and she was so soft spoken and disappeared for long stretches at a time. The lady who sat us was extremely welcoming and friendly, gave us several recommendations and checked up on us a couple of times. But not our server. My first day here, I asked for 2 coffees to go. There was no carrier and in this hotel you need to wear a bracelet that allows you access to the elevators and is also the room key. You can guess what happened. I went back down after cleaning up and they gave me a round serving tray.
