We try to stop here every time we're in Nashville. We are especially fond of the onion bhaji, Chicken Makhani, and garlic naan, but have never been disappointed in any of the dishes we've tried.
We've been eating at or ordering take out from sitar for over 25 years. Been awhile since we dined in the restaurant but were celebrating so thought it would be fun. There were plenty of open tables yet they crammed us beside another table in the corner who was loud. Service was kind but abrupt. We were served 3 courses in less than 30 minutes time and they kept wanting to clear the table while some of us were still eating. Last minute reservation for us on Valentines Day and it was great!! This is more authentic than other Indian fusion restaurants. Fast service and the food was delicious!! We WILL be back and will tell our friends about this hidden gem!!
