This location may have not been used to online orders via Google Maps’ ordering setup? It took them a lot of time to find my order and process it. They were polite about it and busy overall. The drink carrier is not really set up to support their milk shakes - when trying to get the cups out, their lids will come off and you have a bit of a mess all over. That wouldn’t be their mistake though but company sourcing?
It's run down, seems to be in a bad neighborhood, pretty deserted, the bathroom smelled freshly desecrated, the garbage can in the bathroom was overflowing, and BOTH soap dispensers were inoperable.Beyond the horrible atmosphere, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the burgers and shakes are 10/10. It's a shame that Steak and Shake seems to be going away. The food is absolutely amazing. Maybe if they just put a little effort into managing the building.

She didn't forget my salt And pepper packets ever. Best service through a drive thru or eating out in over 6 months. Thanks again
