(I had the bbq chicken with noodles and rice) I’m from Atlanta and have never tried Filipino food but I’ll be definitely looking for one when I get back home. “Best deviled eggs EVER!!! Wait staff very friendly. Clean. Southern menu. The Alex sandwich (blt with fried green tomato wad delicious). Black & blue burger was also fabulous. The fried okra was disappointing - thereby missing the 5th star. Definitely worth trying and returning!!“
“I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Went and ordered take out, our first time ever coming and will definitely not be our last!!! I’m so excited to have a restaurant in Newport that we actually enjoy! This place checks all of the boxes, price is amazing for REAL Texas bbq!! The owner John was SO friendly and professional! He even let me sample some brisket, sausage, and ribs!! Idk about yall but I’ve never encountered an owner that nice! ? this will become a weekly spot for us! 10/10 recommend“
