“We dined at Huli Sue's last weekend, and everything was FANTASTIC! We had the sampler platter and added the mac and cheese. The food was absolutely amazing! The barbeque was so good, and the mac and cheese was super flavorful and cheesy. I had a Mai Tai, and it was honestly the best one I've ever had. Our server was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The other servers were as well. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I cannot wait to return!!!“

“Simple Folk was again DELIGHTED to be at Reems Creek Golf Club Grill 1/6/24...with their awesome staff, wonderful food and drinks, and GORGEOUS venue! Friendly people, just an incredible atmosphere and it was our pleasure to be a part of such an amazing venue! If you haven't been to Weaverville to play golf, have a meal, or sit out on the terrace with a tasty adult beverage you are missing out on a wonderful experience! “Wow! This place has outstandingly delicious food. I tried it for the first today. The mac&cheese pie was very chessey with just a bit of golden brown crust, sinfully good. The collard greens were great,with just hint of tangy warmth. The pulled pork is by far some of the best I have ever tasted anywhere not just Asheville area. Good service. Friendly people.“

“We had the Brisket Sandwich.
It was outstanding , the smoked tomato sauce to die for. The Mac and Cheese the perfect amount of creamy and cheesy. The brisket so tender and juicy.I Highly recommend this place!!! (No pictue of the sandwich we ate it too fast )“

“Went after Hurricane Helene for a proper meal after eating “camping” food for days! The place was filled with road crews, power company guys and girls, FEMA, first responders etc. who came to Asheville for the post Hurricane clean up and have been working around the clock!
The service was chaotic and rushed and they were a bit understaffed for these crowds but the servers were friendly and as efficient as they could be. The clientele was extremely understanding and thankful nonetheless!
Three of us shared a T-bone, had a couple of salads and some Brussels sprouts. All was cooked well and tasty.
I’m just happy and thankful they were open and serving hot, decent meals!

“Busy place!! We're servers 1st off, so we understand. We ordered steaks, duh. Filet and ribeye. (MR) Came out blue rare. Sent them back and got same steaks, flashed and now rare. We decided to eat them because we were starving... Poor form for a "steakhouse". Everything else was GREAT, including our waitress!! (Who we tipped 20+% Not her fault you have someone who can't cook meat.) Lol. I recommend the filet. Tasty even rare!!“
