“On a whim, tonight we decided to eat Chinese. We had heard that small Chinese restaurants in non descript shopping malls were often very good. This China 1 restaurant was no exception. We entered to a very clean and brightly lit dining room. After being seated we were asked about drinks and that part of our order was quickly delivered. We ordered soups and two spring rolls before deciding upon dinner. I had Hot and Sour soup and my dining patter had the Wonton soup. Both were excellent. Mine had just the right “heat” and hers had lovely large noodles. I ordered the Szechuan shrimp & chicken dish called “Szechuan Double Style” on the menu and she ordered the sweet and sour pork.. Both came out quickly and were scrumptious. All in all I would highly recommend this China 1 restaurant and will return.“
