“Hollie, with Sweet Monkey, provided the catering for our wedding this passed weekend. We can’t say enough good things about working with her! Hollie was wonderful at communicating back and forth and putting together a menu for the wedding that was absolutely perfect! She provided us with items for cocktail hour, and while guests were raving about the dip she made, seeing firsthand the joy on a friends face with her cheese sauce said more than words could. Dinner was a perfect taco bar and accompanying sides. All that, plus she was so extremely professional and kind both before and during the wedding. “If you ever want a wonderful wood fired pizza that won't bust the bank. Then this is the place to be! The food is wonderful (meat lovers are my favorite). The staff is friendly, and you can even bring your dogs to the covered patio! If you are a native to Madison County, this beats driving 20 mins to Weaverville to get a big box name pizza from people who don't care if the food is cooked or not. Stop, take a breath, and go to Madison brewing and pizza! I promise you will not regret it. My dad can even eat here because they even have gluten-free pizza crust! On top of other menu items from salads to pretzels! But don't take my word for it. Look at the takeout i brought home for lunch!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free pizza crust! “We love Hoppy Trees and have been regular patrons since they opened. It is by far one of favorite places to stop in and have a drink. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy and the owner Paul is always welcoming. There is a wide array of drink options from liquor, beer, wine to non-alcoholic items for adults and kids. Snacks are available or you are welcome to bring in outside food. Love art? This is an art bar inspired by Bob Ross and the decor does not disappoint. Local artists are readily displayed throughout the space. There is even a great private room in the back for private gatherings or events. If you are a local or just visiting, I recommend stopping in and staying a while!!“
“Don't miss this place while in Weaverville. First off, it's small, has beautiful artwork on the walls and very clean. The service is very good with friendly staff. I had the Bistro Burger and Fries, my wife had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with grilled Zucchini. Both of them were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The burger is huge, see photo. In my years of looking for the best of the best burgers, this was it.“

“Amazing bar if you have dogs. This is a fenced in area to bring your dogs and enjoy an adult beverage stage. The area is fenced in and dogs run off leash and play with other dogs. No kids allowed. All dogs must have updated vaccines of rabies, bordetella, and distemper. $10 per dog per day. They offer snacks at bar and have a food truck off to the side. Parking is free in an area outside the establishment. If you have a friend dog, this is a must! Great place!Also has a dog wash station.“
“Great brewery! Indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly. Their beer selection is great, something for every tastebud. I had their west coast IPA and it was great. They have food available as well. If having an event, they have an area to rent out for the event. Parking is free and along the street. Can be limited when busy. There is a walking trail near by as well. Close to other businesses and shops to walk around afterwards if you wanted. They have bands once in a while in their outside seating area too.“

“Our first time eating here. Very nice dine in experience. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. Also have the option to dine outdoors. Food is very good and there's a wide selection. From sandwiches to pasta and pizza. Very reasonable prices. Range from $10-$20. There was three of us and it was around $54.00. I thought this to be a great deal .. Most definitely a place I would go to again and would recommend to anyone.“
“This was hands down one of the best dinners I’ve ever eaten. As a chef myself I really appreciated the plating skills and speed. The Chilean sea bass was perfect along with the bed of risotto it was on. I loved the fried oysters as well and for anyone who enjoys cider beers the one they have is really tasty. Overall it was one of the best experiences eating out I’ve had. The service was incredible and this place is definitely a hidden little gem that I recommend to anyone.“
