“I have been coming to crieve hall for a few years. The food quality is great. I hope that they get more comfortable having two locations. The customer service is usually great but yesterday there was an instance where I ordered the orange dream doppio and had asked if they could make it hot and even mentioned knowing it had cold foam and some places didn’t like putting that on hot drinks. Well instead of asking enough questions, I got served a plain hot doppio and when I asked if it had cold foam the barista lied to my face and said yes. Then I mentioned that I’m a barista and I know what a doppio looks like and at that point he admitted there was no cold foam. Right before that, I heard another family say that their to go order drinks were made incorrectly too but they chose not to say something. Then my bagel didn’t have the proper ingredients either.“

“Every time we’ve come to Tofu House, we’ve been greeted with nothing but kindness! The owners will remember you very well and be very hospitable. There are no servers here, just hard working owners bringing out food and tending to everyone.

My favorite dish is the Spicy Galbi and Bulgogi! Very flavorful and not too sweet. The meat is very tender and filled with lots of flavor, mainly garlic, sesame, and gochujang. Comes piping hot with many banchan. The kimchi and kkakdugi are very good and homemade. Plenty of flavor profiles to mix with dishes.

The Sundubu-jjigae is amazing as well! Very savory and spicy due to the red pepper flakes giving it a nice kick. It comes with an egg you can crack on top!

“The best part of this experience were the servers. I made reservations but accidentally on the wrong day. The hostess was so kind about it. I wish I got her name. She had brown hair and worked the evening shift June 26 th. She was very professional. My waitress was exceptional, her name was Delaney. She had the kindness you find on an expensive cruise ship or fine dining. The extra little things I asked for she served with joy, not acting the least bit inconvenienced. The ordering process was simple, and the communication leading up to pickup was clear and consistent, which made everything feel smooth before we even arrived. What really stood out was the pickup. I was expecting to go inside, wait in a line, and carry everything out. Instead, there was a dedicated pickup area behind the store where I didn’t even have to get out of my car. It was in the 30s, and there was a team member outside with a smile and an iPad ready to go. She quickly found my order and moved with purpose—no confusion, no delay. They even had a mobile refrigeration unit on-site for cold items, and she ran inside to grab the hot items like fresh, from-scratch biscuits and rolls. The whole process took maybe five minutes. Then there was the packaging, which honestly surprised me. Everything came in a sturdy, waxed, fully branded box that immediately felt reusable. You could tell it was designed with intention, not just as a throwaway container. Everything inside was clean, organized, and secure, and the pies were in their own reinforced packaging—you could have shipped them across the country without concern. Driving home, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning, excited to open everything up. And it delivered. The food was excellent across the board—fresh, flavorful, and a hit with everyone at the table. What stood out most wasn’t just the food, but how well the entire system was run. They’ve clearly thought through every step to remove friction from what is usually a stressful holiday process.
