“Stopped in to check out the large whiskey selection and grab some lunch. Hunter is super friendly and gave us some great recommendations. I got one of the cocktails on special for baseball games and it was so good I got a second. I had the Caesar wrap and my husband had the chopped cheese sandwich which were both excellent. Definitely a spot worth checking out!“

“This is our absolute favorite place to visit when in Nashville. Our server, Destiny, is the best! Being from Eastern Europe, it just adds to the ambience of the experience. As soon as you walk into the door you are transported to Europe. The smells engulf you, as you walk by the most amazing dessert display. Do NOT pass up dessert! They have the most extensive coffee menu I have ever seen. If you’re looking for hair of the dog, you can add alcohol! We have never had anything bad here, every bite is divine! I highly recommend the Mexican hot chocolate, the avocado toast, and the rosemary potatoes (we dream of these).“

“A tucked-away, well-kept secret. The kind of place you pretend not to love too much, lest the wrong people find out. No cover bands earnestly butchering Tennessee Whiskey—just a dimly lit, intimate hideaway with great cocktails and bartenders who actually know what they’re doing.
The crowd? A good mix of people. The music? Lots of solid hip-hop. And if you’re into DJs, they usually turn up on Sunday nights with some real ones.
Nashville needs more of this. Exactly this.“

“We really loved Southern Grist when we first found it. Great craft beers and a great food menu, but as of late, the food menu disappoints. Anyone can do burgers and beers. Bring back the chicken sandwich, bao buns and vinegar potatoes. Your menu made you unique now you’re just like everyone else.“

“I remember skateboarding across the street while they were building this place and thought it was going to be so lame. Turned out to be one of my favorite places in Nashville! The $9 burger is awesome, and at that price the value is unbeatable. I come here often and get the burger, fries, and chips and dip. Bartenders are awesome people and I love seeing all my friends here when I go. The big pickle has to be a joke lol. Anyways, great place!“

“I came by last week and sat at the bar. My bartender Kelly was everything you could ask for and more. She was super attentive, her drinks tasted amazing, and her conversation was so refreshing, as the bartenders on Broadway all seem miserable. It was good to see such a bright light in the industry here in town. I had the pepperoni pizza and was very pleased. Just enough crunch and plenty of cheese. Service 10/10 food 8/10. Will definitely be back because of Kelly!“

“The Honky Tonk Hideaway Elf/xmas pop up bar in Nashville is a full-force holiday experience! The Xmas spirit is floor to ceiling, wall to wall! Great cocktails and reasonable prices. Fast service. The energy stays high from the moment you walk in. Tvs hitting all the major games.
The extras set it apart. A mechanical bull. A hat-making station. A merch section. And a FREE bus tour that takes you downtown.
Bottom line. Come on in!!

“I first visited Up-Down several years ago for a birthday and loved it. I told myself, “One of these days, I’m gonna have my birthday here!”
Whelp, that day finally came this past April!
We had a big group and had a wonderful time. The staff are very friendly, the pizza is delicious, and you get free tokens for games on your birthday!

“What a beautiful hidden gem! My husband and I have been here a couple of times and our last time we went was so wonderful. It’s a relaxed vibe that is also very well put together so you can come dressed up or in relaxed clothing and you’ll fit right in either way. We both got sake flights and oh my goodness- each flavor was phenomenal! My favorites were the Cloud Palace and the Gunma(I apologize if I spelled that wrong). Not only were the drinks delicious, the service was top notch- Noah was very knowledgeable and friendly to chat with! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax after work or have a quite date night.“

“I had a really great time here. Admission requires a jacket, which I didn't have as I was just walking and checking out Nashville when I dropped in. But, they have a closet full of loaners and they hooked me up. I am told that if you are a jerk to the host, they will hook you up with a goofy jacket. And, indeed, I did see someone wearing one that looked like it belonged on a cartoon character!
Anyway, great service and great drinks! I didn't eat while I was there. I will definitely return on my next trip to Nashville.“

“Food is available at Bad Luck Burgerclub permanent food truck location. It is a quintessential East Nashville hangout. They provide an amazing product and space and embrace the community in a lot of amazing ways. If you fancy a taste of what the Norse know to be amazing already come get some mead (honey wine) and go a viking. They rotate products with the seasons and if you are lucky enough to be here when they have entertainment outside it's amazing, trivia, firedancing, burlesque, and other neighborhood events are always done well here.“

“What a great spot! Bailey and Ireland (the bartenders) were amazing! Truly made me feel welcome. Told me all about the history of the place and how connected it is to the local community. If you’re a local or a tourist, you definitely wanna check out this spot, it is amazing! Dark and moody, great for a first date or just a sexy date with your mate. The beer and wine is very limited! But if you’re in the mood for a cocktail, this is definitely the spot to check out. Margaritas are on point! I’m sure everything else is amazing as well. But don’t expect a long list of wines and beers just be expecting to have a good time And take some shots or delicious cocktails.“

“Most fun little bar, just off Broadway. Great drinks, fun bar staff. Great place to meet fun people & sign, hang your dollar & if you're lucky jump into the arms of a "sweet, good-looking man". Fun merch too. We literally had a better time here, than at the big bars.“
