“We really loved Southern Grist when we first found it. Great craft beers and a great food menu, but as of late, the food menu disappoints. Anyone can do burgers and beers. Bring back the chicken sandwich, bao buns and vinegar potatoes. Your menu made you unique now you’re just like everyone else.“

“I remember skateboarding across the street while they were building this place and thought it was going to be so lame. Turned out to be one of my favorite places in Nashville! The $9 burger is awesome, and at that price the value is unbeatable. I come here often and get the burger, fries, and chips and dip. Bartenders are awesome people and I love seeing all my friends here when I go. The big pickle has to be a joke lol. Anyways, great place!“

“What a beautiful hidden gem! My husband and I have been here a couple of times and our last time we went was so wonderful. It’s a relaxed vibe that is also very well put together so you can come dressed up or in relaxed clothing and you’ll fit right in either way. We both got sake flights and oh my goodness- each flavor was phenomenal! My favorites were the Cloud Palace and the Gunma(I apologize if I spelled that wrong). Not only were the drinks delicious, the service was top notch- Noah was very knowledgeable and friendly to chat with! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax after work or have a quite date night.“

“The arcade games were super fun. We spent over 2 hours here. These are older arcade games; not the new games. We did not eat and we did not have any drinks. We only played arcade games and had a great time. Majority of the games were 25 cents per play.“

The flavors in their menu were all distinct and diverse in flavor (moreso than wine or beer), and free samples were provided for anything we were curious about. Plus the knowledge of Navi who was behind the bar was extensive. The atmosphere inside allows yourself to truly have a great experience.“

“What a gem in East Nashville. Brooklyn famous pizza mixed with great cocktail inventions. The bread and burrata were fantastic as well. The Milk Punch was pre batched and delicious.

The main hotel bar is cozy with great decorating for each room. Outside there’s a large patio as well as an indoor back area as well.

Outside- You order at the booth or at the bar and take your buzzer with for food and go back to pick it up. Finding a table to sit can be a challenge.“

“They took our group of almost 20 at the last minute when I called after another reservation fell through. We were celebrating our late son’s 21st birthday and it was important for us to celebrate just as he would have. Velvet Room went above and beyond for us. Put us in a private room, the food was great, drinks and hookah were great and the server was amazing. She was patient and didn’t miss a beat. The owner was also incredible for allowing us to come in with basically no notice.“

“How an old dude and I've lived in Nashville all my life. Find pass this bar countless times and told myself I should stop in there sometime soon.
It's one of those Nashville places you know that when you walk in it'll feel like home...

“I went on a recent free admission night and the music was great! the people were nice and the service was friendly. The venue was super cool, but when they say underground they mean literally, physically. As someone with a disability that acts up with stairs it sucked a bit, but definitely worth going back.“

“Several weeks back we stopped into Roadside to taste their wings. I would be hosting a large event and was told their wings were the best in our area. Absolutely the best! We taste tested several other places and by far Roadside had the best! Wilton, the GM met with us and took us through the whole process of why they have the best wings. Wilton coordinated and executed everything that we discussed for the event perfectly!!Shout out to the cook, Fred! If you haven’t tried their wings before, you need to get down there and have some! You will not be disappointed.

“Boutique hotel with an eclectic vibe and decor. Super cute lobby area. We had breakfast daily downstairs and unfortunately only had time to visit the rooftop bar once. It’s a beautiful rooftop bar with happy hour specials. The gym is actually just down the road as they have a partnership with them. All you have to do is stop by the front desk and get your daily passes. We drove in so took advantage of the onsite parking on the lower level. Easy to get an Uber from here and there are many GREAT local dive bars within walking distance.“

“All three of my kids cleared their plates! Curtis took care of us so well, he steered me in the right direction with the shrimp Cajun pasta! One of my kids even hijacked some of my meal! Husband gave it 5 stars and loved the “Daddys lager”. We will be back for sure! 10/10!“

“Are you a Chicagoan? Then walk in the door and order an Old Style. Awesome spot... at both locations. You'll take pics of everything on the wall and the sandwich menu is pretty darn good with the potato salad. You can have a few rounds here or stay for a late night.“
