Baskin-Robbins is a restaurant known for its sweet service and various ice cream options. However, there have been some issues with the speed of service. One customer had to wait for an employee to go to Publix to buy bananas for their order, and the to-go order was given in parts, causing the ice cream to melt by the time they got home. The drive-thru experience could be improved with nicely folded napkins served with each cone instead of a wad of napkins from a dispenser. There was also a complaint about an employee taking too long to take a drive-thru order while talking to other employees. A customer suggested hiring a previously employed "lovely girl" named Kayala Beamon back, as she provided excellent service.
